  • Cherri Walrod is the Founder and Executive Director of Resources4Adoption. Cherri has successfully completed three international adoptions. For more than ten years, she has spent hundreds of hours researching financing options including grants, loans and fundraisers. She has helped others fulfill their adoption dreams, and has a thorough knowledge of the intricacies of the adoption process.

  • JT Olson is a Board of Directors Member for Resources4Adoption. In addition to serving on R4A's board, Olson is the founder and executive director for the Both Hands Foundation. He has previously spent ten years as president of an executive search firm, and has over 20 years of experience in sales and sales management. Olson uses these experiences in management and sales to assist adoptive families in managing fundraising programs.

  • Aaron Fogleman is a Board of Directors Member for Resources4Adoption. In addition to serving on R4A's board, Fogleman is Marketing Director for Brittany's Hope Foundation, a a 501(c)3 non-profit, dedicated to aiding abandoned children around the world.  In his position, he has been responsible for guiding the strategy for all communications, website, public relations and collateral to consistently articulate the organization's mission.

  • Susan Nichols is a Board of Directors Member for Resources4Adoption. She is mother to seven children, six of whom have been adopted from three continents. As her children came home, Susan discovered a severe need in the adoption community for post-adoption support. She spends her spare time educating other adoptive parents about the services, groups, and support available to them.

  • Julie Clobes is a Board of Directors Member for Resources4Adoption. She became involved in international adoption in 2005 and has 3 adopted children. She has a heart for orphans and widows and is praying that God will equip their family to continue to be able to open their home to others who are in search of a forever family.  She is excited to be involved in a project which educates, promotes, and assists other families to receive the blessings that she has experience through the miracle of adoption.
